  • Swap agave syrup to rice malt syrup or maple syrup 

You will need:

  • 2 1/2 avocados - peeled & deseeded 
  • 100g of Spiral Virgin Coconut Oil, softened 
  • 120ml Spiral Agave Syrup 
  • 1tsp vanilla extract 
  • 100g of raw cacao powder 


  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 2tbsp of cocoa nibs 
  • 2 handfuls of dark chocolate shavings to garnish 
  • 1 pack of Driscoll's fresh raspberries and blueberries 

Step 1

Place avocados, coconut oil, cacao, agave and vanilla extract in a food processor and whiz until smooth.


Step 2

To serve, place generous spoonful’s of mousse into your choice of serving cups and garnish with cacao nibs, dark chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, fresh Driscoll’s raspberries and blueberries and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
