You will need:
- 2 1/2 avocados - peeled & deseeded
- 100g of Spiral Virgin Coconut Oil, softened
- 120ml Spiral Agave Syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 100g of raw cacao powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2tbsp of cocoa nibs
- 2 handfuls of dark chocolate shavings to garnish
- 1 pack of Driscoll's fresh raspberries and blueberries
Step 1
Place avocados, coconut oil, cacao, agave and vanilla extract in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
Step 2
To serve, place generous spoonful’s of mousse into your choice of serving cups and garnish with cacao nibs, dark chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, fresh Driscoll’s raspberries and blueberries and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
