You will need

  • 2 handfuls of Table of Plenty Macadamia, Coconut & Raspberry Muesli 
  • 2 tbsp of Karen's Lemon Curd 
 

 

  • 1 Modi Apple 
  • 2 tbsp Meredith Dairy Sheep's Milk Yogurt 

Step 1

Thinly slice the apple on a mandolin, cut slices into fine matchsticks. Place the content in the base of 2 glasses or bowls, to serve

 

Step 2

Place 2 generous scoops of yogurt on top of the apple in each glass, then a good tablespoon of lemon curd on the yogurt. Finish with a sprinkle of muesli and enjoy morning, noon, or night!
