To make Low FODMAP:

  • If banana is ripe can only use 33g per serve (1/3 medium fruit) as the fruit starts to concentrate in fructans as it ripens. Alternatively, you could use 100g per serve of an unripe banana

  • Sanitarium coconut milk is high FODMAP. Use Sanitarium almond milk or Sanitarium soy milk (Note: Many soy milks are high FODMAP, however Sanitarium So Good is Low FODMAP as it is made from soy protein instead of whole soy beans. )

  • The title says pineapple instead of banana. You could definitely use pineapple instead of banana for this recipe. A Low FODMAP pineapple serve would be 1 cup (chopped) or 140g.
