Modify for Low Fodmap

  • Swap coconut water for water
  • Swap coconut milk for almond milk 
  • 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut or less per serve

You will need

  • 1 cup Sanitarium Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup of coconut water 
  • 2 medijool dates 
  • 1 tsp of Lifestream Spirulina Immunity Powder 
  • 1 banana
 

 

  • 1 tbsp of coconut 
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 handful of shaved Pacari Cacao
  • 1 tsp of Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Lotus Desiccated Coconut 

Step 1

Whiz the coconut milk, coconut water, medijool dates, banana, Spirulina and coconut together to blend. Add ice and blitz again. Pour into glasses and garnish with grated cacao, desuccicated coconut and matcha.
